How long does it take to fully charge?
Charging time varies with battery state, charger output and temperature. Use the supplied charger, charge in a dry and ventilated area, and allow the battery to cool after a demanding ride before charging.
Can I ride this e-bike in the rain?
You can encounter normal wet-road conditions, but the bike should not be treated as waterproof. Avoid deep water, submerging electrical components and pressure washing. Dry the bike and charging connections before plugging it in, and follow the wet-weather guidance in the owner manual.
Is the battery removable?
Battery removal configuration should be confirmed from this model's owner manual or product documentation.
How much assembly is required?
