A full charge is listed at approximately 6 hours with 3A charger for this model. Use the supplied charger, charge in a dry and ventilated area, and allow the battery to cool after a demanding ride before charging.
You can encounter normal wet-road conditions, but the bike should not be treated as waterproof. Avoid deep water, submerging electrical components and pressure washing. Dry the bike and charging connections before plugging it in, and follow the wet-weather guidance in the owner manual.
